Refund Policy

At QOD3D, all products and services are digitally delivered and created specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of astrology, tarot, numerology, and spiritual interpretation services, all sales are generally final.

Digital Products & Personalized Readings

Once an order has been processed, started, delivered, or emailed, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Astrology reports
  • Birth chart readings
  • Tarot readings
  • Numerology reports
  • Compatibility reports
  • Forecast reports
  • Relocation reports
  • Custom spiritual guidance products
  • Any downloadable or digital content

By purchasing from QOD3D, you acknowledge that these services are subjective, interpretive, and created specifically for you using the birth information and details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Information Submitted

Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth data and personal information. QOD3D is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect:

  • Birth dates
  • Birth times
  • Birth locations
  • Email addresses
  • Customer-submitted information

If incorrect information is submitted, corrections may require an additional processing fee.

Duplicate Orders

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Verified duplicate charges may qualify for a refund or store credit.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order due to a technical issue, please contact us before requesting a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resend or restore access to your purchased content.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving digital services, reports, or downloads may result in:

  • Permanent denial of future services
  • Order blacklisting
  • Submission of delivery records and communication history to the payment provider during dispute investigations

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The service was never delivered
  • The order was duplicated
  • QOD3D is unable to fulfill the order

Approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of QOD3D.
