These Terms govern your use of QOD3D, a sole proprietorship operated by Chermaine Fletcher (an individual doing business as "QOD3D") in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. By using this site or purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
QOD3D provides digital astrology, tarot, numerology, and related interpretive readings for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings are generated using third-party astrological data and AI-assisted interpretation in the QOD3D voice.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use QOD3D services.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate birth and contact information. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
Readings depend on the information you submit. QOD3D is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data or contact details you provide.
All QOD3D content, branding, and report templates are the property of Chermaine Fletcher / QOD3D. Readings are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.
You acknowledge that astrology, tarot, and numerology are interpretive practices offered for entertainment and self-reflection, are not scientifically validated, and produce no guaranteed outcomes. You use QOD3D, and act on any reading, entirely at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QOD3D and Chermaine Fletcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the services or reliance on any reading. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to hold harmless QOD3D and Chermaine Fletcher from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or your violation of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use readings to harm others. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future service as described in the Refund Policy.
Before pursuing any formal action, you agree to first contact support@qod3d.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
